Due to the sensitive nature of our cleaning chemical products, merchandise returns are not able to be processed. We do however want to ensure our customers that they are always satisfied with their purchases with us and so when ever possible, we will make accommodations in the form of store credit or discounts to be issued on a case by case basis.

All of our products are available for purchase throughout the continental united states except for Hawaii, Alaska. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days and are shipped via UPS carrier services.
